This month’s Boston Design Center pick is one of my go-to lighting pieces from The Martin Group:

The Dessin Fournir St. Germain Floor Lamp. This elegant lamp can be custom made to any size and is available in a variety of finishes.

 

I’m drawn to this lamp’s graceful lines and sculptural quality. The piece feels light and airy, but the quality craftsmanship means it’s solidly built. The floor lamp marries beauty and function in an exceptional way.

 

I just installed this lamp in a client’s living room, tucked away in a cozy corner next to a comfortable lounge chair and ottoman. It’s perfect!
