The video below is the work of TR Productions, a Boston company that specializes in corporate video and multimedia events. They produce video presentations, interactive CDs, webcasts, web presentations and multimedia screen shows.
TR Productions President Cary Benjamin is a longtime friend, and he generously offered the company’s services to create a video of The Over My Shoulder Foundation fundraising event that I organized on June 19th at Poggenpohl Boston. Thank you Cary!
The video really captures the true spirit of the evening with interviews of co-founders, Dawn Carroll and Patti Austin and of a number of attendees who discussed the importance of mentoring in their lives. The footage also gives you a glimpse of the stunning Poggenpohl showroom on Newbury Street in Boston which was a beautiful backdrop for the event.
According to Grammy Award winning singer Patti Austin, the goal of the Over My Shoulder Foundation is to “break down barriers that separate generations of people and cultures. Through mentoring, we all are increasingly interdependent on each other, rather than independent individuals. And, because of people’s interdependency, the foundation hopes to foster respect, diversity, culture, and individuality.”
If you are interested in learning more about the Over My Shoulder Foundation, read more about it here. Or, just give me a call at 617-236-2286. I am happy to discuss why I am passionate about this organization dedicated to raising awareness of the positive effects of mentoring.
