Imagine having a personal masseuse in your home. Dornbracht’s new Horizontal Shower is just that . . . and more. This revolutionary horizontal shower designed by Dornbracht offers a luxurious shower experience unlike any other.
Six water bars are controlled with an eTool to offer a wide range of settings and choreographies based on water quantity, temperature, and intensity. The user can choose a water massaging shower experience that will either balance, energize or de-stress.
The Balancing effect creates equilibrium by harmonizing all of the senses, providing a sense of security and protection through natural, comforting water flow. The Energizing scenario rejuvenates by stimulating the senses and activating blood flow through the alternation of water pressure and temperature from “warm rain” to “cold torrents.” And the De-stressing effect calms and “literally presses the personal ‘off button’” to allow you to reach full relaxation through warm water directed at the body with precision. I’m in heaven just thinking about this!

The variety of choreographies and the balancing, energizing and de-stressing effects are also available in the Vertical Shower design, but I just love the idea of a horizontal shower! The clean lines and appearance that the shower is “floating” are simply stunning characteristics! I can already picture this shower working beautifully in a luxury master bath featuring cool stone and gorgeous wood with vertical and horizontal grains like this one below that I found on Houzz.
Would you add a horizontal shower in your master bath? I’d love to hear what you think! Share your thoughts in a comment below.

Leslie, that looks like just about my idea of heaven! It seems like the water is coming from a light source. It’s beautiful and reminds me of a moorish bathouse in Andalucia. Seems like a dream.
Marilyn – Love your comment! isn’t the shower divine?
