file0001860226169It’s great to work with clients from the beginning of the building process since design input at the blueprint stage can lead to amazing results.  When I work with an architect from the beginning of the process, we can collaborate on ideas and make sure that no detail is forgotten.  Furniture placement, lighting design and traffic flow can be thought out right from the start and the finished product is beautiful and functional. The decisions can seem endless when designing and building a home.  I will work with the architect, contractor, lighting designer, and kitchen designer.  I will select all specifications needed for the construction or renovation of a home, including selection of kitchen and bath fixtures, cabinetry and appliances, stone, tile and flooring, hardware, and more.  The result is a home that flows seamlessly and reflects a clear design vision throughout. Finally, you will experience stress free construction since I will be acting as a liaison between you and contractor regarding the flow, coordination and timing of items needed on site for installation.  This lets you enjoy the process and save time and money by avoiding miscommunication and mistakes. Have you built or renovated a home?  Do you wish you had a designer working with you from the beginning?  Let me know  your experiences.

Leslie, You’re absolutely right! The devil is in the details and the best way to manage those details to be sure they come out right during construction is to have a great team assembled at the onset of a project, so that everyone shares the same vision.
