This penthouse condominium has a gem of a location and a fabulous wter view. But, the interior of this circa 1980’s property was dated and drab. In order to elevate the property to meet the A+ location and view, a complete overhaul of the space’s finishes and furnishings was undertaken.

Each and every space in the home was demolished to make way for updated designs. Beautiful cherry millwork was incorporated in many areas of the home, and a new, fully integrated lighting plan was put into place. A new contemporary kitchen, fully new bathrooms with gorgeous tile designs and plumbing selections brought the spaces to present day chic.
