This urban residence, located up high within a luxury high rise building, started out as a typical “white box” before it was transformed into an attractive, warm and inviting home. A variety of millwork panels and built-ins were designed to elevate the spaces, which includes feature art walls lined with textured wallpaper. Pops of color are used throughout, primarily in the fabric selection. Due to the open floor plan, moments are created with the furniture placement to create a functional use of the space. Ultimately, all of these elements help to accentuate the city views and provide a comfortable place for the homeowners to sit back and relax.
