The net zero modern farmhouse blends traditional New England forms, contemporary design and 21st century technology. The Greek Revival style gives the house a timeless exterior. The home uses the latest technology, generating as much power as the building consumes.

Filled with light and modern forms, the interior is bright and clean lined. The color palette, furnishings and custom millwork evoke a midcentury modern aesthetic. The space is efficient and comfortable for an empty nester couple with a fully inclusive first floor layout but expands its use with second floor bedrooms and baths to accommodate visiting family and guests. A south facing terrace and courtyard provides ample outdoor space for soaking in the sun and entertaining. Comfort and function are essential elements in this very beautiful home.
