There is no question about it! This spacious condo, on an upper floor of a new luxury residential high rise building in Boston, has the most eye-popping views around! However, the interior of the space, like units in many other similar buildings in the city, lacked character and style. With minimal lighting and detail, this project presented an exciting challenge to the design team: how to reimagine the space without interfering with the impact of the views beyond.
Leslie Fine Interiors and FBN Construction, along with the rest of the team, transformed this plain vanilla space into a chic, stylish, comfortable and functional home. Beautifully designed millwork resulted in stunning feature walls in the main living space, foyer, bar area and bedrooms. The great expanse of windows throughout were embellished with intricately designed wood valances to show off dramatic lighting, shades and drapes. A very detailed lighting plan not only highlights all of the condo’s new design details but also creates a warm and inviting home.
The furniture, area rugs, fabrics and decorative lighting are high in style but also very comfortable and functional. The colors used throughout are infused with warm and inviting tones. The art collection, curated especially for these spaces, puts the finishing touches on this home that went from ordinary to extraordinary!
