Leslie Fine Interiors is seeking a full-time Office Manager/Purchasing
Coordinator to maintain and manage the logistics of our interior design
team in our Back Bay, Boston office. Extreme attention to detail and
excellent project management skills are required along with organizational
and problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Having a positive
disposition, high integrity, and ability to work independently within a fast-
paced, collaborative environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills and ability to interact with vendors and clients.  Must
be tech savvy and have the ability to handle a high volume of documents,
emails and telephone calls.

– schedule meetings and appointments
– take prospective client calls and emails and do initial phone screening
interviews
– maintain the office and arrange for necessary repairs/maintenance
– greet clients at office meetings (and arrange for beverages/food when
needed)
– assist in onboarding new hires
– book appointments and keep a calendar of all appointments
– book travel when needed
– maintaining file systems, mailing and shipping of packages, acquiring
office supplies
– maintain/update data bases (contact/prospective clients, etc.)
– pricing, quoting, placing orders, tracking, managing orders/lead times,
warehouse and vendor communication, shipping and delivery
arrangements
– maintain inventory lists for projects
– follow up and communicate with vendors regarding item timelines as well
as issues/damages/troubleshooting when necessary
– create reports and provide updates

We are a small office working on large scale projects. Knowledge of the
interior design field is helpful but not required. While having a car daily is
not necessary, we would prefer access to a car for occasional use. Work
hours: Monday – Thursday in the office with Friday remote (9 am – 5 pm) or
Monday – Thursday (8 am – 6 pm).
